Each charter comes with skilled crew members, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact included items can vary based on the type of service — for instance, sunset tours come with premium snacks and beverages, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advisable to book at least 2–3 weeks beforehand, with an increase to 4–6 weeks ahead for peak times, which are May through September. For business gatherings and private functions, earlier booking ensures better selection and time for personalization.
What if the weather is bad on my booking date?
Our foremost concern is safety. In case our captain judges the weather conditions to be unsafe, we're ready to reschedule to a future convenient date or issue a full refund. Weather predictions are closely tracked, and we'll reach out to you 24 hours before embarkation if the forecast looks doubtful.
Am I allowed to bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we also offer excellent provisioning services that can tailor menus according to your tastes. Please be mindful that for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Do you accommodate guests with mobility issues?

What is the policy for cancellations?
Cancelling 72 hours or more before departure leads to a full refund. Cancellations that occur 24–72 hours before are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded unless the reason for cancellation is unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues on our end.
